Lost Dreams

 

In the depths of night, my dreams lost their way,

Upon Awakening, I realized, they might have gone astray.

 

Oh, how splendid were the dreams I once cherished,

Yet, lost they remain, has anyone searched, I'm worried.

 

In the darkness of night, they faded away,

As I slept, did someone steal them away ?

 

Colourful they were, adorned with wings to soar,

Yet, flew they did, but where, I implore.

 

Forgotten! have they, where once was their abode,

Someone find them, Please, the dreams I proudly strode.
